Our orders are packaged in unmarked packaging to ensure your privacy. There are no conspicuous marks.

When will my order ship?

It takes 2-5 days for us to process your order and we will send you the tracking information after shipment. Timeline details are also provided in order confirmation emails. If you still have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Free shipping for orders over $79, flat rate shipping is $9.9

How long will shipping take?

Our delivery time is about 10-15 working days. For customized products, it takes an additional 1-3 weeks for production. The delivery time does not include my production time.

My package was lost in the mail, what can I do?

If the tracking on your package is showing signs of it being lost, please reach out to me and I can offer you a solution depending on the item that was ordered and its value. 

I need to change my address.

If you need to change the address on your order, please reach out to me within 24 hours of placing your order. Be sure to include your order number in your message.

International Customs Fees

In seldom cases, orders may be charged the customs fees by your government, not our site, you will be responsible for the charges. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other. Contact your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties, and taxes.

How to Return/Exchange?

How to replace/repair?

If you would like to replace a missing part (spikes or studs) or your item has a broken part (clasp, buckle, ring) please contact us. I do not charge extra for repairing but if you ordered over 12 months.

My item arrived damaged, what can I do?

Returns are possible only if you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item due to our error. We conduct thorough checks for any damages before shipping.

If our support team confirms that you have received an incorrect, defective, or damaged itemdue to an error on our part, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. This refund will be issued within 3-10 business days following the receipt of the returned parcel (shipment at our expense).

For customized items : I encourage all my customers to measure themselves accurately to ensure the best possible fit. Refunds, returns or exchanges will not be issued for incorrect measurements provided.

Yes! I am always thrilled when a client reaches out for something extra special. If you are interested in something totally different than what you see in my shop, please contact

Can I customize or change an existing design in your shop?

Yes, of course!

Please get in touch with me, and I can make that happen. Include all the details of the customizations you would like. Refer to the bullet-point list from the Custom Order section to see what details may be important.

If you would like an existing design to be altered to your specifications, a custom order will need to be made and priced specially for that item. Please avoid requesting customization after the purchase of an item, as it may not be possible.

What do I need to do to start the process for a custom order?

When you contact me for a custom order, please ensure that you include as much detail as possible, design Include the following details:

  • Neck Size
    To ensure that the Choker fits comfortably and snugly, please use a tape measure to measure your neck circumference and let us know the exact size (slightly loose is recommended). If you are unsure of the size, you can contact us for a measurement guide.

  • Material and Color Selection
    You can choose the material (such as lace, leather, ribbon, etc.) and color you like. We offer a variety of options, and you can match them according to your personal style and preferences.
  • Pendants and Accessories
    If you want to add pendants, rivets or other decorations, please let us know the specific type and location. You can also send reference pictures or describe your ideas, and we will do our best to meet your needs.
  • Engraving and Customization Information
    If you need to engrave or add special symbols on the Choker, please provide clear text content (such as name, date, phrase, etc.) and the desired location and font style.

Additionally, you can provide a sketch alongside these details, or use the photos of other collars in my shop to refer to as examples of what you would like. This can be especially helpful as a guide to your final design.

Choker Care and Storage Guide

  1. Keep Away from UV Light
    Store your leather or PVC choker away from direct sunlight to prevent aging and discoloration.

  2. Best Way to Store
    It is recommended to hang your choker on hooks or hangers to maintain its shape and avoid tangling or creasing.

  3. Avoid Long-term Water Contact
    Try to prevent your choker from prolonged contact with water to avoid material damage or deformation.

  4. Cleaning Method
    To clean your choker, use a damp, soft cloth and gently wipe the surface. Avoid excessive force.

  5. Do Not Machine Wash or Use Detergents
    It is strictly prohibited to machine wash or use washing powder or other detergents. For stain removal, please contact a professional dry cleaner.

Proper care and storage will extend the life of your choker and keep it looking like new! 😊
