1. Product Safety

• Can I sleep in my collar?

I always encourage safety first. Sleeping in your collar may be okay if:

• It’s not too tight.
• It’s not heavily decorated—avoid bows, as they can become deformed, and skip any dangling embellishments or chain work that might snag.
• It’s no wider than 1".

I don’t recommend wearing your gear 24/7, as constant exposure to sweat and skin oils can accelerate tarnishing of the hardware.

2. Product Maintenance

• Keep away your leather or PVC accessories from UV-light;
• Best way to keep your harness is to hang up it on the hangers;
• Try to protect your goods from the long-term water contact;
• Harness can be cleaned by using a damp, soft cloth;
• It is strictly prohibited to launder and use wash powder or other abstergents. Please, contact professional dry-cleaner to dirt and stain removal.

• What is the order processing time?Except for customized products, our order processing time is usually 2-3 working days. After processing, we will ship it to you, and the shipping information will be sent to the email address you filled in when ordering.
• How to cancel an order? If you'd like to cancel an order, please be sure to request cancellation within the 24 hours after the purchase date. We will not cancel orders that are already in the process of being made or already shipped.

• How long does shipping take? Shipping time depends on the destination, typically 12-15 business days.

• How to track my order? You will get an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it takes up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear, so please do not be alarmed if your package isn’t immediately “in transit.”
• How to modify shipping information? You can make changes to the order within 24 hours after the purchase date. Please send a request by mail indicating the order number.
